Smith, Ozzie - Deadline 9/15/25

Any Items received by 7/18/25 will be signed at the July signing, any items received after will be signed at the late September signing.

*Fanatics Exclusive Client, all items must be licensed.

All mail in items are sent in at customer’s risk. Every effort will be made to follow the customer’s request so please make sure your item is labeled with requests for pen color, pen type, location of autograph, any inscription, and if item needs to receive witness authentication sticker. 

The athlete has the right to refuse to sign any item or to refuse an inscription if they choose to do so.
